Job Description

We are currently seeking employees who are interested in applying for a Host position.
Requirements

The Host Staff is responsible for greeting guests, answering the telephone, directing guests and making sure the flow of traffic is under control.

Opens the door, when possible, for every guest and makes them feel that we are excited and grateful that they came to our restaurant.

Opens the door for every departing guest and inquiries about their experience, insuring that no guest leaves without a Plus experience.

Helps "reset" tables with silverware, preparing tables for the next group of guests.

Is always attending to the door and the host stand when not busy. Making sure the door is never left unattended for long periods of time.

Makes sure that the phone is answered within three rings of guests calling.
