We are currently seeking employees who are interested in applying for a Portable Bartender position.
Requirements
-
The Bartender is responsible for serving food and beverages to our guests at the bar using a serve step process and for providing alcoholic beverages to bar guests and to servers at the service bar window, prepared and served to Company standards, in a friendly and courteous manner.

The Bartender is responsible for sales and having a positive attitude to suggestive selling and increasing sales on a shift by shift basis.

Running each shift with a high priority of guest service and having zero guest complaints.

Understands, performs and adheres to our Responsible Beverage Service.

Understands and follows Profit & Loss (cost management)

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift, have good sense of balance, lift, bend, kneel, stoop and wipe. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverages, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.
