Job Description

We are currently seeking employees who are interested in applying for a Banquet Server positions.
Requirements
-
The Server is responsible for serving food and beverages using a seven-step process, ensuring they are prepared and served to Compand and guest standards in a freiendly, attentive manner.

Increases sales on a shift basis by suggestively selling by making food and beverage recommendations, has complete knowledge of the menu, liquor, beer, wine and recipes.

Provides friendly, courteous and attentive service to all guests.

Checks with Guest(s) within "two bites" after each course is delivered to the table.

Operates a shift without receiving any guest complaints.

Understands, performs and adheres to our Responsible Beverage Service.

Understands and follows Profit & Loss (cost management)

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift, have good sense of balance, lift, bend, kneel, stoop and wipe. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverages, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
