Job Description
We are currently seeking employees interested in applying for a cooks position.
Requirements

Cooks are responsible for the preparation of all food items on the stations according to specifications and preset time limits.

Prep cooks are responsible for receiving, cleaning and prepping according to the specifications, specific menu items and food products for daily usage.

Employee works to increase sales by insuring fresh quality products are cooked to standards and insures hot food is hot, and cold food is cold.

Demonstrates proper team membership to reduce turnover and works well with others.

Has a complete understanding of guest service and has goals of zero guest complaints

Prepares food items by cooking to company and/or guest's specifications.

Always wears disposable gloves when handling raw products and changes gloves when preparing a new or different food product.

Receives no guest complaints.
