Job Description

  • We are currently seeking employees who are interested in applying for a Lead Banquet Cook position. This is a part time postition based on events scheduled but would be able to subliment full time hours while working in the Ground Round Kitchen or Fort McCoy Cafeteria.

Requirements

 

  • Cooks are responsible for the preparation of all food items on the stations according to specifications and preset time limits.
  • Prep cooks are responsible for receiving, cleaning and prepping according to the specifications, specific menu items and food products for daily usage.
  • Employee works to increase sales by insuring fres quality products are cooked to standards and insures hot food is hot, and cold food is cold.
  • Demonstrates proper team membership to reduce turnover and works well with others.
  • Has a completed understanding of Guest Service and has goals of zero guest complaints.
  • Prepares food items by cooking to company and/or guest's specifications.
  • Always wears disposable gloves when handling raw products and changes gloves when preparing a new or different food product.
  • Receives no guest complaints.
  • Complies with all company policies and rules.
  • Handles all products and supplies according to approved company standards and practices.
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift, have good sense of balance, lift, bend, kneel, stoop and wipe. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverages, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Is able to exert proper time management skills and able to work on your own to be able to accomplish task for event(s).
  • Pay will be based on ability to meet requirments as you develop with the company.
