Job Description
We are currently seeking people interested in applying for a supervisor/assistant manager position.
Requirements

Increases sales on a shift basis by making employees knowledgeable of what food and beverage selections we have to offer.

You are responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety.

Strategic planing of day to day management activities.

Must be creative and be marketing the restaurant at all times while on duty and off duty.

Must be able to use forecasting tools such as budgeting both money and time, scheduling, prepping food items, and being able to adapt to changes quick and efficiently.

Maximize profitability by following proper procedures (cost management).

Operates a shift without receiving any guest complaints.

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift, have good sense of balance, lift, bend, kneel, stoop and wipe. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverages, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.
